Stand Firm: The Marks of a Godly Man is a 4-week series calling men to reject passivity, confront the hidden battles of their lives, and step into the strength and responsibility God has placed on them. In a culture that often confuses or diminishes manhood, this series returns to a biblical vision—one shaped not by bravado or dominance, but by courage, conviction, humility, and faithfulness.
At the center of this series is the call of Scripture to “be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong” (1 Corinthians 16:13). Like King David—a man after God’s own heart—we will explore what it means to fight the internal wars that quietly shape our lives, to take responsibility for our actions and relationships, and to cultivate a real, active faith rooted in God’s Word and presence. This is not about perfection, but about direction—men who step into the light, own their story, and allow God to transform them.

Westside Family Care Center
In order to move the needle in our community’s need for mental health service, the Westside Family Care Center building is underway.
